Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are determined at Checkout. If you would like to place a Larger Order please email us at support@lilqs.com so that we can give you a Discount and shipping estimate.  These food items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or outside of the U.S. Currently, we only ship to Raleigh and the surrounding areas (Durham, Wake Forest, Cary & Garner)

Local Delivery

If you are located in the Raleigh/Durham Triangle area you have the option of selecting our local 2-3 day delivery. Your order will be delivered to your front door for an additional fee of $5 per order.  Please review this option at checkout. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or mail collection addresses. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If our products are not satisfactory, you can return for a refund, LiL Q's credit, or replacement up to 10 days from the day your order is shipped. Use the original packaging and send the item(s) back to us. Please be sure to include the packaging slip with your name and order number in an effort to help expedite the return process. Send to: LiL Q's Returns, P.O. Box 98853, Raleigh, NC 27624. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

If your item arrived damaged, we'll make it right! Please email us at support@lilqs.com. If possible, please include a photo of the damaged item, along with your order number and damaged item number/description. We will let you know if it is necessary to return the items.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When a return is made outside of the 10 day policy, it will be subject to No Refund at all.
